E-statement

Through the new eStatement service you can stop receiving paper statements from your branch and replace it with paperless, electronic statements. You can see the full details of all your accounts and credit cards transactions at anytime, from anywhere conveniently through our online banking service Arabi Online.

Switching to the new e-Statements couldn’t be any easier. All you have to do is the following:

  • Log on to Arabi Online and select “e-Statement” 
  • Select “Subscribe” option and you will see a list of your account numbers and your credit cards and the current delivery method of your statement(s) “Mail” 
  • Press the “Change” button to switch the delivery method to “e-Statement” 
  • Confirm the change and then your selection will be saved and you will be enrolled in e-Statement service free of charge


If you are not subscribed to the Arabi Online Service, subscribing to the service is an easy process. If you are an Arab Bank ATM/ Debit cardholder and have a valid Identification Number (PIN), you can directly subscribe to the service through our website by clicking “Join” under Arabi Online on the Homepage.

If you are not an ATM/Debit cardholder, you can subscribe to the service by calling our Customer Contact Center or by visiting any of our branches.

In addition to the extra convenience and flexibility which you will enjoy through this free service, switching from a paper to an electronic statement will also help keeping the nature Green, which is a responsibility we all share.
