Arab Bank Opens its new Bido Branch

Arab Bank recently inaugurated its Bido branch in Jerusalem under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Azzam Shawa, Governor of the Palestinian Monetary Authority, bringing the number of branches operating in Palestine to a total of 30. The opening comes as part of the Bank’s strategy to reinforce its branch network and reach a wider customer base in different locations.

On this occasion, His Excellency Mr. Azzam Shawa congratulated Arab Bank on its new inauguration, and praised its role in the economic development, as well as its extensive branch network, which ensures meeting the ongoing needs of its customers across all segments. His Excellency also highlighted the importance of the Bank’s branching, which supports driving economic activity in various areas, creating job opportunities, and facilitating access to funding resources that evidently reinforces the financial inclusion strategy.

Country Manager – Arab Bank Palestine, Mr. Jamal Hurani stated, “The opening of Arab Bank’s new branch at Bido comes as part of the Bank’s strategy to expand its network and strengthen its customer reach across the different locations. This is in line with the Bank’s continuous commitment to provide the best banking solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs and expectations.”

He further added, “The new Bido branch has been equipped with advanced banking technologies and is manned by a specialized team dedicated to offer a seamless banking experience; one which ensures the best standards of customer service with utmost ease and convenience.”

It should be noted that the new branch provides its customers with a wide range of banking services within an advanced working environment. This includes a dedicated relationship officer as part of the Arabi Premium program, in addition to the usual Arab Bank services that entail opening new accounts of different types, depositing and withdrawing, exchanging currency, paying bills, loan services, credit cards, and other direct banking services that allow customers to carry out their transactions comfortably around the clock.
