Arab Bank Launches Promotional Campaign for Recharging Mobile Balance through its Digital Banking Services

22 May, 2018

Arab Bank has recently launched a special promotional campaign for its customers entitled "Recharge your Balance with our Digital Banking services". The campaign allows customers to use Digital Banking Services (ATMs and Internet Banking Service “Arabi Online”) to recharge their mobile phones whether they are Jawwal or Wataniya mobile subscribers. This is in addition to a host of other banking services that they can conduct through the bank’s digital banking touchpoints easily and securely anywhere and at anytime.

The promotion, which is valid until December 31, 2018, offers customers who recharge their mobile balance using the bank’s digital banking services a chance to enter a monthly draw to win USD100. Each month, five winners who carry out at least one transaction on the Mobile top-up service using ATM or “Arabi Online” will be announced. The maximum number of eligible draw entries is five transactions per customer each month.

Commenting on the campaign launch, Mr. Marwan Saqer, Head of Customer Services at Arab Bank – Palestine stated: "This campaign aims to enhance communication with our valued customers and to encourage them to use Arab Bank’s digital banking services to conduct many banking transactions easily and securely anywhere, anytime, and get a chance to win cash prizes.” Saqer further added, “We will continue to launch several campaigns and special offers throughout the year to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and reward them for their loyalty and trust".

It is worth noting that Arab Bank offers its customers a comprehensive range of digital banking services free of charge and without any subscription fees. Using these E-channels, customers can carryout many banking transactions, such as accessing their balances and account details, making transfers between their accounts and other accounts, making credit card payments and linking or modifying their fixed deposits in addition to many other banking services.
