With the Contactless Payment feature, we now offer you an easy, fast and secure method, which will make your everyday banking transactions and purchases extremely seamless! Available for Arab Bank Cards, Payment Bracelet “BandPay”, Mobile Sticker, and Payment Ring; the Contactless feature, will allow you to make contactless transactions and payments from your account securely and on the go without the need to carry your cards when you pay using your Payment Bracelet/ Mobile Sticker/ Payment Ring!

Main benefits:

• Pay at any point of sale that accepts contactless payments without the need to carry the debit card when you pay using your Payment Bracelet / Mobile Sticker / Payment Ring, with a transaction limit and a daily limit for safe transacting. Any purchases above the transaction limit will require the customer to enter the PIN code
• The option to change the daily limit of purchases value through calling our Customer Contact Center
• SMS alerts to keep you in touch with all your cards’ transactions including the purchases made via contactless payments
• Can be used for local and international transactions
• Water proof design for payment bracelets and payment ring
• Variety of colors and sizes that suit both children and adults for payment bracelets

How to use the Contactless Feature in Cards/ Bracelets/ Mobile Stickers/ Payment Rings?

 For Purchases at Point of Sale Devices:

First, look out for the Contactless logo on any point of sale terminal to pay with your Card/ Bracelet/ Sticker/ Ring.

Then, all you have to do to make a payment is:

Step 1: Tap the contactless payment Card/ Bracelet/ Mobile Sticker/ Ring at the terminal
Step 2: Wait for the beep tone or the light as an indication that the transaction was completed successfully

On ATM Machines:

• First, look for the Contactless logo on the ATM machine
• Wave/tap your Card / Bracelet / Mobile Sticker / Ring on the NFC (Contactless) sign on the ATM
• Enter your PIN code as usual and proceed with the service you want from the list of services provided by Arab Bank ATMs
• Contactless Payment Service is available on all Arab Bank ATMs in Palestine

You can request your Arab Bank card / Payment Bracelet / Mobile Sticker from any of Arab Bank branches.
