Cardless Withdrawal

Arab Bank now allows its clients to withdraw cash from their accounts through the Arab Bank ATM network in a faster more secure way using the Card-less Withdrawal feature available on the mobile banking application "Arabi Mobile".

    Main Benefits:

  • Fast and easy option to withdraw cash in case the card is not available at the moment
  • Wide and stable ATM network that geographically covered coverage, which will make the transaction even easier.


How to use it:

    • On "Arabi Mobile" app, click on "More" then "ePayments" then click on “Cardless Withdrawal”.

    • Choose the account you'd like to withdraw from , and then choose the amount that you want by using (-), (+) or sliding the circle.
    • Confirm withdrawal. Check if all information is correct and as requested.
    • Accept Terms & Conditions by tapping on the box and then click on the "Submit" button.
      *Note: there are 3 inputs that you will need to use on the ATM:
      Mobile Number, OTP (One-time Password), Amount.
    • Successful transaction pop-up message appears with transaction reference number – After this screen, the customer will receive the OTP SMS. 

Visit any of Arab Bank's ATM:

    • Click on the button/ touch screen facing the pointing hand image.
    • Choose Card-less Withdrawal on the menu screen.
    • Enter your mobile number.
    • Enter the OTP you have received.
    • Enter the requested withdrawal amount.
    • Confirm your input.
    • Successfully take out your cash.
