Account Digital Onboarding

Now you can open a new account online easily and conveniently without the need to visit the branch via "Arabi Mobile" app, and enjoy a host of benefits including:

- A debit card delivered to your address without the need to visit the branch
- Bonus welcoming reward points with “Arabi Points” program for “Elite” and “Arabi Premium” customers
- The ability to view your account balance and details, and conduct many of your banking transactions at anytime and anywhere through “Arabi Mobile” app
-Cash withdrawals and deposits through our ATMs
- Fund transfers locally and abroad

Required Documents:
-National ID
-Proof of work and address

Digital Account Balance Limit:
Please be informed that a balance limit will be applied to your digital account based on your employment status:

- A limit of USD 1,000 for students, housewives, retired, and unemployed customers
- A limit of USD 10,000 for government employees
- A limit of USD 25,000 for all other professions

After your account is activated, you have the option to remove the balance limit. Simply visit your branch to provide your signature and the limit will be removed.
